This game is not designed by EA Cricket of Australia or UK, yet created by another big Cricketing desinger company, Codemasters. Codemasters also made Ricky Ponting Pressure Play & Brian Lara Pressure Play for PSP. They have made some good games for other consoles as well.

Ashes Cricket 2009 is more enhanced version of Cricket Gaming, and allows test matches to be played in more fun way than ever before. Graphics have gotten better, according to sources, glitches are rarely seen. Therefore, this game is expected to be really good, probably one of the best cricket games in the longest time.
