   When I heard this news that Musharaf seeking safe passage. It is highly regrettable that an offender likes Musharaf Dictator who has committee heinous crime against his nation. Could he leave Pakistan safely is it justify that an ordinary man commits any small crime he has to face the consequence why not Musharaf has to face the trial. I think leader ship has no right to give him safe way to get out from Pakistan. He commits grave offence against humanity. He should not forget his crime against political leader ship like Nawaz Sharif. I would say he should not scap from this country safely.

   Govt. of Pakistan is busy in killing Pathan, I don’t know why they are doing this. Do Mushraf take Money(etc) from USA for this? Who is Mulla Fazuluhhah ? A Man who’s enjoying life and he’s a man of ISI Pakistan… ISI is acting upon Musharaf Order!… Mr. Fazlullah is bringing ISLAM in SWAT where the most ISLAMIC and Pure Pathan are living.
   I have a Queation with Mr. Mullah. why he’s so curious to bring ISLAM here, why not in Punjab(Bazare Husan,Hira Mandi, vectoria Htl etc are there.)I myself see nothing unISLAMIC here.Why Here Mulla!
   It’s Just my request.. We Love Pakistan for what? We’ll never.
   Who’re Suiside, i want to tell u there is no one. ISI is doing this..
   What about the Army.. here Taliban (of Mr Mulla)are moving freely from place to place. Army can’t and did’t do to anyone of Taliban. Just killing inocent people.

   We MUSLIMS (not only Pakistanis) will never ever be able to get out of these bloody “GUTTERS”. We have started killing ourselves hundreds of years ago.
   It seems a BIG SHAME to be a muslim. And we proved it, when we started following those who are PROVED enimies of Allah and His Prophet Mohammed (Sallallah-o-Alae Wassalam).
   We “dont want” to look like a MOHAMMADI by any means, by appearance, by deeds, by whole lifestyle, by earnings, by spendings, by what we talk, by what we love to listen….by every mean, We intend to (Naooz-o-billah) insult every verse of ALLAH & His most beloved Prophet Mohammed (Sallallah-o-Alae Wassalam).
   AND I CAN PROVE IT.
   You said “Govt. of Pakistan is busy in killing Pathan”…No my dear, Allah has put our necks under thier filthy shoes and swords just because of our disobeyence.
   BECAUSE WE ARE comprised of selfishness, dishonesty, hatred, opportunism, senselessness etc. etc…

   Dear Fellows!

   I am not trying to defend what Muslims are all about at present. But the matter of fact is that Muslims in Pakistan are much much better than the one’s in the rest of the world by all means.

   It is evident from the history of Pashtoons living around Durand Line that they have been tested so many times with agression of the Super Power of that time. Wether British or Russian, or even Americans of present times, none of these super powers could rule the pushtoon living in these mountains. Americans will never win this war, as nobody else won before. Americans recongnise this reality thats why they have assigned this utmost impossible task to the ill advised Pak Army.

   Its not the same everywhere, but the pathans living in these mountains lead very simple life with rich traditions. They might have been exploited by all means but they never exploited by any mean. They may not be good muslims by deeds, but they never remained to be the bad ones at any moment.

   Nothing wrong with them. They are only paying the price of being Pakistani who are defending the Western borders of the country. A Chaos of our own, just to gain financial benifits and to bring our military forces to the western borders, which was not possible without it.

   But we must acknowledge the fact with open heart that when we make a plan or policy. Americans already have 10 plans ready to get on with it. No investment goes in vain.

   Wake Up!

   I am here to pen down that till yesterday I was a proud Pakistani Muslim. But today I feel that it would be better if I belong to some remote part of North Pole. Before I thought that if there is a war between India and Pakistan, Pakistanis will at least give them some hard time but I figured out now that our so called PAKISTAN ARMY, Pakistan police and all the law enforcement agencies exists to kill Pakistanis only,

   Freedom of mind is the real freedom. A person, whose mind is not free though he may not be in chains, is a slave, not a free man. One, whose mind is not free, though he may not be in prison, is a prisoner and not a free man. One whose mind is not free though alive, is no better than dead. Freedom of mind is the proof of one’s existence.

   Zeeshan Jalil is one of the poor Pakistanis who think that his mind is free and he is not a slave but our so called agencies proved that all the Pakistanis including Afia Siddique, Masood Janjua, Zeeshan Jalil, Myself and all these agencies are still SLAVE of mind.

   Zeeshan is an intellectual young man educated from some reputable university in US and came back to Pakistan; he owns a small business in Pakistan Karachi,

   He is father of 3 children and having the same state of mind as like you and me who thinks that Pakistan and Muslim Ummah is heading to the wrong direction,

   He was kidnapped by our so called PAKISTANI AGENCIES before 2 months and till now no body knows where he is, day before yesterday I came to know that husband of his younger sister was killed some where in Karachi because they (Agencies) believe that Media will not tolerate if they kidnapped him as well without any reason, so they find the easier way and killed him on the street when he was going somewhere with his family.

   This Gentleman (Misbah) was running a reputable shop at Tariq Road Karachi,

   The charge on these 2 young Pakistanis was they are intellectual and they can think,

   I bet that none of you has the ability to call his home and ask the mother of Zeeshan Jalil that what she is feeling at this moment when one piece of her heart (husband of her daughter) is no where on this earth and another piece of her heart is missing and even our SO CALLED PRESIDENT ASIF ZARDARI cannot tell where he is.

   The problem of Muslim Ummah is neither from US nor from Israel or India,

   The problem is that most of us are still SLAVES and will remain SLAVES till we die.

   I don’t understand where is that nation which was created by Father of the nation Quaid-e-Azam, Quaied-e-Millat and Madir-e-Millat.

   I don’t understand where all the teachings of Allah and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) are.

   All of you gentlemen played a different but vital positive role in Pakistan history.

   Can any one of you answer my one simple question that, is this the Pakistan what you are giving us (youth) as a country. Could any one of you let your own children live here in Pakistan and let him or her made his career,

   By doing this act our SO CALLED GOVT and AGENCIES will terminate these activities but only for the time being, all the children of these poor Pakistanis including the Tribal areas will come back with more force and power, I believe that InshAllah InshAllah those Pakistanis will not be SLAVES.

   At the end I would like to share my feelings with you gent’s i.e.

   Sabaq parh phir sadaqat ka shujaaat ka adalat ka

   liya jaye ga kaam tujh se duniya ke amamat ka

   We as a Muslims are here to lead the world to peace and harmony and not to act like SLAVES and live like SLAVES,

    the city due to massive talibinazation in and around the city become a threat to city as well as the country.spite of several death government do nothing for the safety of citizen of Karachi areas where the population of pakhtoon r high become the safe place for Taliban such as bananas chow k Suhrab goth North Karachi are the main chaowks of the city and gateway to city major areas where a huge croud gather with unauthorized firearms and rob the people passing by.this is not only the problem of Karachi, Sukkhur deraghazi khan Lahore are also very much affected by these bodies but some elements as usual no mercy with the people of Pakistan trying to politise the issue against their rivals such as Mr.nawaz sharif said we will not leave the Karachi city on terrorist. point to be noted that he is the person who started military operation against Urdu speaking community in 1992 he want the blood of innocent people again i wanna say to Mr sharif care about Lahore deraghazi khan where Taliban’s are rushing and u can long march for chief minster s post for Ur brother but say nothing when our beloved PAKISTAN IS IN DANGER ,NOW YOU AGAIN STARTED to destroy the nation aap raw k agent to nahi hain .remember that in 1986 Qasba colony surrounded by pakhtoons no way to escape for the resident people mostly people are poor people are killed by these pakhtoons blood flows like water but police and rangers do nothing several houses are being burnt but no one now even talk about it same is happened when assassination of miss Bhutto occur ‘Raeesamrohi colony’ and now in ‘Ajmeer nagri’29.05 2009 why it always a Urdu speaking community is target in Karachi we are the most educated community in the whole country Mr Zulfiqar mirza said that Taliban s are not welcomed in sindh province now we are not ready to be patsy or scapegoat do some thing before thy reach us again.

    Subject: REQUEST FOR SUO MOTO ACTION REGARDING EXCLUSION OF B.TECH (HONS) GRADUATES FOR REGISTRATION WITH THE PEC

    Sir,
    Respectfully Sheweth

    With due reverence it is submitted for your kind perusal please : -

    1) As per amended PEC Ordinance 2003, the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) was directed to register the B.Tech (Hons) graduates as “Engineering Technologist’ but the PEC did not implement on it. Now recently the said amended PEC Ordinance is once again amended and passed by the National Assembly on 2010. According to which, the PEC will not register the B.Tech (Hons) graduates as Engineering Technologist but only register the B.E/B.Sc Engineering graduates.

    2) The undersigned has coordinated with the concerned quarters on the subject issue but unfortunately due to professional jealousy and high headedness of the PEC, denied to register the B.Tech (Hons) graduates, with the connivance of the chairman PEC, Minister of Science and Technology (MOST) and other MNA’s of the National Assembly Standing Committee under chairmanship of Dr.Abdul Qadir Khanzada.

    3) The PEC is under control of the MOST and the MOST is headed by the Minister of Science & Technology Mr._____________________ along with the Joint Technological Advisor Engr. Dr.Malik Sheharyar and Deputy Technological Advisor Engr. Dr.Nabeel Lutfi. The Major role of the MOST is to promote the Technology for the prosperity of the country.

    4) That the MOST has been entangled in the clutches of Engineers of the PEC and two said Engineers have been posted as advisors. These advisors are protecting only the rights of B.E/B.Sc Engineering graduates registered with the PEC but fully avoiding the thousands of B.Tech (Hons) graduates of Pakistan. There is neither any registration of B.Tech (Hons) graduates at PEC nor any representation at PEC and the MOST. It is further noted that there is no any separate council for B.Tech (Hons) graduates at Federal Govt. Level which could register them and protects their rights in Pakistan and abroad.

    5) That the Ministry of Education Pakistan issued a policy letter No.F-15-29/73 Tech. dated 26-10-1973 that the polytechnic diploma holders (DAE) may get the graduation degree of B.Tech Hons / B.Sc Technology in 4 years equivalent to B.E / B.Sc Engineering degree, from the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Pakistan (copy attached).

    6) That the Higher Education Commission also declared vide letter No.8-39/UGC-Tech/9 dated 16-02-1998 that B.Tech Hons degree is at par with B.Sc Engineering degree (copy attached).

    7) That the Supreme Court of Pakistan in Suo Moto review petition No.59/93 in 1995 in the case of Fida Hussain v/s Ministry of Kashmir affairs hold that when policy has been acted upon by the Federal Govt. and all provincial Governments of Pakistan, no discrimination under article 25 of the Constitution of Pakistan.

    That the PEC has closed the doors for the service and further higher education in all the Public & Private Sectors for B.Tech Hons graduates while restricting them to get register with the PEC by passing the amended PEC Bill 2010 in National Assembly.

    9) That the basic and fundamental rights of B.Tech Hons / B.Sc Technology graduates have been worst injured. So no one wants to listen our voice in this country.

    In the light of above mentioned, the poor people of Pakistan (who are educating their children in the Colleges of Technology, Institutes of Technology and all Public and Private Sector Universities) have been drown into deep dark wells by this dramatic Act being played by the PEC since its establishment in 1976. After almighty Allah, your good honour is a ray of hope for the poor community of Pakistan (May God bless you long life).

    It is therefore humbly requested kindly to take as suo moto action by directing the MOST to manage the registration process for B.Tech Hons / B.Sc Technology graduates as soon as possible under intimation to the honourable court. Any other relief may be granted which your majesty deems fit.

    Dear Mr Yaqoob ( Chairman Pakistan B.Tech Graduates Society)
    AOA I am B.Tech Graduate and working abroad,I read the detailed history as written in this (Apna Pakistan net,in favour of B.Tech graduates),This is very good effort but keeping in view the past Behaviour of Pakistani Authorities like PEC,HEC,Most,Supreme court of Pakistan,etc all these ignore the problems of B.Tech Graduates. As you write no one want to listen our voice in this country,But This behaviour must have to be change other wise if they will continue to corner the B.Tech Graduates then it may be possible people will go to extremism to get their fundamebtal rights.
    On the other end we should try to Review the Syllabus of B.Tech Study Minimum 4 years excluding industrial internship or as per international standards (whish is seems impossible because all curriculum review committes are Headed By BSc Engineers in all Educational institutions,Colleges.HEC level etc and how they will protect the rights of B.Tech Graduates.So in my point of view we should try for “Pakistan Technology Council” approved by National Assembly of Pakistan.This council must be Headed by B.Tech graduates only.Regarding “DAE” diploma of Associate Engineer,its Basic educational requirement should be : FSc pre-Enginnering” and total duration to complete the DAE should be 2(two)years only.
    these are only my point of view which i feel as per international level of educatin.
