What a terrific test season it has been for Muhammad Yousaf. He scored nine centuries this year, and compiled a total of 1788 runs. These figures have made a new history. 1788 runs in one calendar year is a record in all-time history of test cricket. Before this same record was held Viv Richards, that he had made around 30 years back. Not only this record, Viv Richards also held the record of most centuries in a year that was of 7. Later, Arvinda DeSilva of Sri Lanka also achieved this same mark. But this year, even this record has been named to Muhammad Yousaf, as he scored 9 centuries this year.

Muhammad Yousaf says since he converted to Islam, he has been able to focus better. Which I would agree with 100%. In this season, Muhammad Yousaf has been batting on some pitches that were quite hard to bat on, but he showed patience even on those pitches. Even Rameez Raja commented on the change conversrion brought in Muhammad Yousaf: “Religion has played an integral part in his growth not just as a cricketer but as a person.” So, there is no doubt Islam has helped him in Cricket.

Muhammad Yousaf has impressed everybody by his unbelievable achievments this year. Many Cricket stars have given good comments on him. Even Brian Lara, captain of West Indies (the team Muhammad Yousaf scored 4 of the 9 centuries against this year), had good words for Muhammad Yousaf:
“It’s excellent and slightly unbelievable what he has achieved. Nine hundreds in a year and that many runs is just magnificent. He is a very committed player and an excellent role model, not just for Pakistan but for young cricketers everywhere. He’s had an amazing year, though the last 600 runs that he has scored I haven’t really enjoyed.”

With such anxiety we have been waiting for the movie, Spiderman 3, and there still are approximately 5 months till it is finally released. After huge success of two of the previous Spiderman movies, this one is expected to be just as big of a hit. It is definitely going to be another thriller coming to scene next year.

Movie is going to be released on May 4th of 2007. The cast is pretty much the same, but some new faces have been added that play quite important roles. Toby Maguire is obviously still playing the roll of the Spiderman. This time he will have to face new challenges and will have to fight Thomas Haden Church, who is playing the roll of Sandman. Kirsten Dunst, who plays the roll of Mary Jane Watson the leading actress, revealed that the other major villain of the movie, Venom, will be Topher Grace.

Secret of Peter Parker, the Spiderman, has already been revealed to Harry, and Mary. Relationship of Mary with Peter is also known to everybody now. But the twist comes in when a new girl enters the life of Peter Parker, that is Bryce Dallas Howard, playing the roll of Gwen Stacy. It would be interesting to see how Peter handles this situation ;).

Harry Osborn, on the other hand, is finding a way to take revenge of his father’s death. He is plotting against Peter. For this purpose, Harry unites with Sandman. So, it would be really exciting to see how Peter gets away from Harry’s plot.

Well, I can’t wait till the movie is released. There are still 5 months to ago. It is going to be really hard to wait till then!!

Apple launches yet another hit and a addition to the famous iPod, The iPhone!
There are many versions of it, and they are all beautifully designed.

The Price is obviously going to be amazingly high, but the sleek look and the fuctions of it will make everyone to have one of these, I know i do.

The only place I know where the product is available is downtown Toronto’s Eaton Centre, but for sure they must be available in other countries. Basically this product is a iPod and a phone put together, but not like other Motorola phones that include the iTunes, this it self is a Ipod with phone functions rather then a phone with an MP3 player, which is the unique feature about this.

I cannot wait to see someone with it, to see how it actually is, but will have to wait for that. But in the meantime you can check out all the versions that Apple came out with. (Click on the picture to enlarge)
